Take some time today to identify an aspect of your fitness that you'd like to improve during the coming year. You've got an entire year to work on it, and just about anything you can imagine about your health and abilities can be achieved in that amount of time, so don't be shy - think big. Write that goal down and put it somewhere that you will see it often.
