Know What Time It Is?
When the weather is cold and the days are short, you're not likely to be thinking much about spring and summer. But if you have plans for the warmer weather that would benefit from better physical conditioning - triathlons, back-packing, water-skiing, STP, etc., now is the time to be training for them. The human body doesn't change its state quickly; 3 months is about the quickest you can expect any significant improvement in your conditioning. That means now is the time to make a move.I recommend you find a way to be in the gym at least 3 days a week. You'll be glad you did.
