Everybody Deadlifts
The deadlift is so fundamental to fitness that everyone at Gravity Janes is on a constant search to improve their performance in this movement. Above, Lisa B begins her first 200+ pound lift. Everyone's first goal should be perfect, reproducible form, then a bodyweight (1x) rep, followed by a 1.5x, and then a 2x rep, with a lot of higher rep sets in between.
