Kate's Muscle Up - Success
Most of you have heard by now that Kate got her first Muscle Up on September 15th. I've posted a short video the event.I am in the process of producing an anthology of Kate's attempts since early September. It make for an interesting case study of the progression to a successful Muscle Up and a great education for those still working on it. I'll post that video here as soon as it's finished.
Congratulations to Marissa for being the only predictor of the date.
