What Are You Doing With Your Fitness? Part 2.
Picture from Hans C. - well-known to most of you who frequent GJs - from his recent hunting trip. He developed a little workout I wanted to share with all of you looking for something different:(Only one set required)
- Find remote wilderness with limited human access
- Hike 25 miles in with 50 pounds of survival/hunting gear
- Do one rep of OHS with 50 pounds of survival/hunting gear at 8500ft
- Hike 25 miles out with 50 pounds of survival/hunting gear
- Ascending / Descending no less then 40,000ft
- Must be completed in no less then 8 days
- Tagging a 6X6 bull elk that weights over 800 pounds
- 100 pound meat carry over a distance undetermined but no less then 16 miles round trip
- Ascending / Descending undetermined but also no less then 10,000 ft round trip
So far, Hans is the only one to complete the workout.
