Olympic lifts are no less valuable to your overall conditioning than push ups, sit ups, and running. Gravity Janes is committed to providing the instruction and the tools you need to become proficient at these lifts. If you are still getting comfortable with your technique, you will benefit far more from lightly loaded and numerous reps than you will be trying to match the loads of those that are more technically competent. Anytime you would like an assessment of your technique, just ask.
