Nutrition Challenge Starts Saturday

When you are of optimal body composition and function, you know it. If this does not describe you, the upcoming Nutrition Challenge is where you need to be. Even if you think you're doing all the right things but have never been counseled on optimal nutritional practices, it's time to remove all doubt about something that could be sabotaging all of your hard work. Space is still available. Sign ups online, or call the gym.

How are your goals coming? Remember to track your performance at least every 90 days. Obviously you'll be working on those goals more often than that, but accurate scoring should take place at least every 90 days and your improvement calculated on a percentage basis. If you have any concerns about that improvement, see any of the GJ coaches for guidance.
