Strong For Summer
The time you are spending in the gym now will pay off nicely in the coming months when you want to be at your best for the kind of physical activities that are a part of everyone's summer. Make 5 sessions a week your goal for the next 2 months and you'll be telling us how glad you are that you did come June.
We're giving you more opportunities to be in the gym starting April 1st. We're adding 2 new groups to the schedule: 7:30A and 12:30P. Pre-registration at least 2 hours in advance are a requirement for these new groups. You can also call the gym to reserve a spot if you miss the window.
