Memorial Day Notes

GJs will be closed for Memorial Day. Have a good weekend, and get outside and play.

Picture: GJ's Kirstin Lynch demonstrates a strict bicycle press.

Kirstin and husband Brendan are currently in training for the STP. The Lynches are raising money for a non profit organization that supports research into a disease called neurofibromatosis (NF); a condition from which their 7 year old son suffers.

We want all Janes to donate to their effort. Here is the link to their fund raising page.

We still need a few volunteers to power the Issaquah Railroad handcart on Father's Day for the "Fenders on Front Street" event. All volunteers will be treated to a Paleo-correct lunch prepared by our own Paleo-correct Terry Baldwin and courtesy of the Downtown Issaquah Association. You'll love the workout on the handcart and you'll get to show the visitors what Janes are made of.

Still a good supply of Landjaeger from Bavarian Meats on hand at the gym. Combine with a little fruit and some nuts for a complete snack. You'll be needing more of those while you're on-the-go this summer.
