Focussed Training On Saturdays
We're on a mission to stamp out "assisted" work during GJ sessions. If you have ever - even once - had to do assisted work, we're committed to providing you with the support you need to eliminate that from your vocabulary once and for all.
GJs is introducing a pilot program over the summer that features a Saturday morning session devoted to bringing that "fringe" work that many people still need to assist into the mainstream. Things like Muscle-Ups, Handstand Push Ups, Ring Dips, Barbell Squat Snatches, etc. When these things start to appear with much more regularity in the Fall, you'll be ready.
Sessions will begin on Saturday, June 26 (time TBA). If you've got something you want to work on please enter it to Comments below.
