Deadlift Progress


We are nearing the end of our "Summer of the Deadlift" and you should be preparing to demonstrate the gains that you've made in your DL capacity since Memorial Day.

Whiteboard #1 will chart the progress by listing your pre-MD load. Please add yours before Labor Day. Then we'll get the new and improved load sometime in September. You'll have more than one opportunity to demonstrate your new capacity during the month.

Still think that your cholesterol is too high and/or something to worry about? Please read this.

Please don't read this if you're a vegetarian.
