Work Week Preview

For the week beginning 8/15, here is a sample of the work we'll be doing in the gym:
  • A 10RM Overhead Squat
  • Dumbbell Squat Cleans
  • Bodyweight Deadlifts for reps
  • Split Jerks for load or reps
  • A 1k or 2k row
  • Handstand Push Ups (we want to crown the HSPU King & Queen this week)
