Work Week Preview
For the week beginning 8/15, here is a sample of the work we'll be doing in the gym:
- A 10RM Overhead Squat
- Dumbbell Squat Cleans
- Bodyweight Deadlifts for reps
- Split Jerks for load or reps
- A 1k or 2k row
- Handstand Push Ups (we want to crown the HSPU King & Queen this week)
