Gravity Janes As Rehab
Occasionally one of our current clients will call to let me know that they won't be in for a while because of an injury or pain of one sort or another. Depending on the circumstances I will usually recommend that they show up anyway for 2 reasons: 1) we can find many ways to keep him/her active while the issue resolves itself, and 2) much of the work that goes on here is very simply an extension of good rehabilitative practices. That last one is clearly the most important of the 2, but is often a tough sell because people are not used to this little-recognized benefit of truly functional work. More details coming to the Main Jane blog soon. Meanwhile, if you have energy and are mobile, just show up. We'll keep you active and building new capacity while you rehab.

Moments later Greg Junior knocked out his first sub 15 minute Angie and decided a Tibetts Hill run would be a nice way to wait while everyone else finishes!
Exceptional over-achieving Janer in the works!!!
I get credit for weighted pull-ups with the load I have in this diaper.
