Get On Track With The Goals Board

I have cleared some space on the Goals Board and want to encourage all to post your goals there as a powerful reminder of where you want to go. Don't just come to the workouts and drift; have some vision for yourself in 90-day increments. All you need is to identify the key areas that you want and/or need to improve, and document your starting point. Everyone with goals on the board will have some special leeway in your workouts to make those things the focus. And coaching will be available to help you succeed.

Remember the instructions are printed right alongside the board for those of you new to the concept. If you have any questions just ask.

The GJ Posse of 8 + "Deacon the wonder-child" made the trip to Victoria for the Winter Challenge. Our 5 competitors threw their bodies at some torturous work and tough competition. As a group we performed somewhere mid-pack, but I was honored to be there with them. Emily was a clear standout with a 6th-place finish among women competitors. All in all, the competitors came back with a pretty good notion about what they need to do to be more competitive. That is a lesson that doesn't come easy.

Anyone who desires to be in competitive shape should make those intentions clear to any of the coaches or current competitors. They'll tell you what you're in for.
