Ring Training
Make gym time for rings. A simple notion, and one that will mean dramatic gains in upper body strength and conditioning. And who wouldn't want to have an upper-body just a little like this guy's.
5 new sets of rings have arrived at the gym. You'll often find them looped over the Pull Up bars for Dips and Pull Ups and Ring Rows. Pull Ups and Muscle Ups can still be done on the ceiling-mounted sets. Everyone needs ring work; work it into your warm ups or make your own time. You won't get any better until you're on the rings.
