New Classes In January

Gravity Janes will begin new sessions in January including Yoga for power and flexibility. The exact schedule will be announced soon. Help us get a read on expected attendance; please post your interest in Comments.

You may have been confused by the Institute of Medicine's report on Vitamin D recently. This is another of the inevitable dueling science scenarios. Here's the latest volley.

The gym remodel gets serious this week. Things may get a little dusty and messy for a while, but we'll make do. The plan calls for having the new configuration complete and running smoothly by the first of next year.

Great idea im all on board and will try to go to as many classes as possible. Perfect combination with the types of workouts we do.
