Crowd-Sourced Workouts
Beginning next week (1/31) Gravity Janes will implement a program called Gang Up Gym Workouts. These are crowd-sourced workouts organized by current clients at a time that suits them best. We're going to use the message board to schedule self-organized workouts for any open time slot between 7:30A and 4:30P.
There are full details in this post on the message board.
As a result, current scheduled workouts at both 7:30A and 12:30P will come off of the schedule, but will remain available to groups of 4 or more. You must be registered on the message board to post, and subscribing to the Gang Ups forum means you will be notified of any gym workout requests by email.

This is my routine reminder to everyone that those of you who have trained here regularly for 6 months or more are qualified to take a more active role in your workouts. Your training can often benefit from creating more focus in your workouts in areas that have been identified as weaknesses, or that simply require more dedication to technique. If you feel that you would benefit most from an occasional session dedicated to just one activity, please let the coach know and space will be set aside for you while the others work on the scheduled tasks. And, as always, please feel free to create your own warm-ups to incorporate bodyweight activities that need a little extra attention.
