Goals for 2011
Happy new year and welcome to 2011. Let's all do things better this year than last. How much performance can you achieve in 1 year?
Among the many things I know about creating elite fitness and health in people is how important having personal goals are. Goals represent targets that are both concrete expectations and personally intriguing. That's why I want you to choose at least some of your own goals.
A new goals board will appear in the gym in the next few days. Rules are the same as the old board, but we will also launch an on line version and periodically announce individual progress and there will be more rewards for participation. Meanwhile, pick 3 specific measurable performance areas that you want to improve and let's get busy; 1 strength (load), 1 new skill (something you cannot currently do), 1 met-con (timed event).
