More Fun Next Summer

Here's a reminder about physically challenging activities outside of the gym. The more you apply yourself inside Gravity Janes, the easier everything outside the gym becomes. And the easier things are, the more fun they are. Those of you engaged in winter sports are experiencing this simple reality right now, and many of you have told me about it. All of us tend to be more active during the summer, and now is the time to be getting the work in that will make the summer more fun, injury-free, and more active.

If you're training for any thing specific - some sport or competition - later on in the year, please let us know and we'll recommend a training path to get you at your best over the next few months.

I'm gauging interest in another nutrition summit teaching people how to create a diet that supports health and performance. This is one 90-minute group seminar at the gym. Please let me know of your interest in the Comments section below, or respond to the post in the Diet/Nutrition forum on the Message Board. I'm targeting the 2nd week in February.
