New Basic Training Program
We recently activated a new Group Fundamentals program as an additional path to full participation in the GJ workouts. Now we've taken one more step in opening the doors to those with little experience in athletic conditioning. The new workouts are called Basic Training, and they are mostly bodyweight and functional movements executed at various intensities to accommodate different capacities.
This is a 12-week program that is also designed to introduce you to all of the fundamental concepts of Crossfit training over the course of the program so that full participation over the 12-weeks will also qualify you to advance to regular group workouts at GJ.
