What's Your Game?
A vital part of your fitness is creating regular opportunities for sport and play. Your work in the gym prepares you for this, but it is not a substitute. If those aren't a regular part of your warm-weather free-time, make this the year you start. Cycle, run, hike, play baseball, rock climb; find something that intrigues you and make it a part of your life.
I have posted the rules to the current People Eater competition on the message board. If you aren't already registered, this is good time to do that. Subscribing to forums eliminates the need to have to log into the board to keep current. As you enter the forum, click the Subscribe Forum link at the bottom of the page. We encourage you to subscribe to at least the General, Diet/Nutrition, and Workout forums so you will receive email notices anytime something new is posted there.
