Growing and Inspiring

Gravity Janes would like to take a moment and welcome new arrivals to the GJ family. We have graduated 12 new people through Fundamentals training since the beginning of the month, and we'll be seeing them all in regular group sessions soon. To longtime members, please introduce yourselves to anyone you don't recognize and let them know that we are all both students and teachers.

Many of you will have noticed the new Champions Board which in now populated (mostly) with scores. We want this board to serve as encouragement to everyone in the gym by demonstrating the extend of human potential in vital physical challenges. If you wonder whether you might rise to that level, just ask any of the people you see listed there.
