February's Athlete of the Month
It is with great pleasure that the staff of Gravity Janes awards the February "Athlete of the Month" honors to (drum roll, please) Rachael Mitchell.Here is a sampling of comments from the GJ staff about Rachael:
"Always gives everything to the workouts i.e. when we prescribe sprints she sprints (doesn't jog), always cheers on others in class, always happy to give out tennis advice."
"Best thing is she is excited about learning new movements and continually improving on her PR's."
"I'm always updating her name on the champions board. She obviously cares about performing here which in turn stimulates others around her and acts as something for others to aspire to."
"See has really stepped it up as a team member of the Box League, & is really motivated to kick ass during her Open workouts."
Being an Athlete of the Month at Gravity Janes is not about any specific performance benchmark. It's about how far you've come and who you are. Those are the qualities we value most.
