CrossFit Games Party

Gravity Janes is planning a big CrossFit Games weekend party at the gym, complete with a BBQ food frenzy and the CrossFit Games video on the big screen inside the gym. Put it on your calendar for Saturday, July 14th.

The festivities begin at 3P with a free Friends and Family workout. Any current member can bring friends and family members for a free workout designed specifically for those new to Gravity Janes and CrossFit. This is a great opportunity to introduce those closest to you to the quality of our workouts. This is also an open invitation to anyone in the community that would like to join us and learn more about what we do.

Then, we'll fire up the BBQs and get cooking. GJs will supply the meats and of the usual beverages for all of our BBQs, and we just ask that each family bring a paleo-friendly side dish as a contribution, plus anything unique that you'd like to drink. Friends and family attending the earlier free workout are welcome to stay on for the BBQ. 


While you eat and socialize you're invited to pull up a chair and watch video of the CrossFit Games going on that weekend. We should have all of the action right up to the time of the BBQ for you to enjoy on the big screen projection system in the gym.
