Getting Started With CrossFit
We know there are a lot of people in our area that have been putting off coming to see us because they're still not quite sure about this "CrossFit thing". We get your apprehension. CrossFit is just different enough from everything that has come before it to make people wary.
If wary describes you, we'd like to invite you a free introductory session every Saturday morning at 9A. Come prepared for a light workout, and at the end of it all we'll simply hand you a business card and ask you to call us if you think we can help you.
