Power Athletics At Gravity Janes

On February 9th and 10th CrossFit Football will invade Gravity Janes with a training course introducing the “Power Athlete” concepts, movements and intensity level required to build and train athletes participating and training for “power sports”. Football isn’t the only sport that uses “the dynamic expression of absolute strength over a short period of time”, better known as power. Over the two days participants will be taught the basic movements for training, sprinting, change of direction and agility drills in addition to nutrition information, coaching philosophies and programming.
