More Reading

I get a lot of questions about eating eggs:
Are they healthy?
Do I eat the yolks, or just the whites?
What about cholesterol?

I'm always happy to endorse eggs as a high-quality source of nutrition but, as with all questions of health, the source of your food is what makes the difference. Here is a write-up on the subject from one of our favorite sources on food issues.
