Recommended Reading

When does exercise cease to be a chore, and begin to be a normal part of everyday life? The answer is, when it becomes a habit. Habits can work for or against you, and you can decide which it is. "The Power Of Habit" is a new book that explains this part of our biological programming.

I would especially like everyone to be familiar with the author's concept of "keystone habits". These are the habits that broadly influence our lives for the better; often in ways that are not obvious at first. Exercise is definitely one of them.
